Delivery charges
Delivery charges depend on the weight, value and number of the items ordered. The delivery charge is displayed in your shopping cart as soon as you add your first item, and is updated after each alteration. Hence to view the delivery charge for an item, just place it in the shopping cart by pressing the "buy" button.
To return a faulty product(s) simply wrap the package securely. (Usually the bubble envelope that they arrive in can be used for the return) provide a written reason for the return and/ or any exchange request on the original invoice. If you do not have the original invoice please provide your full name and address and if possible your order number.

The maximum postage refunded for any recorded item will be £0.70. We will replace faulty goods or refund back to a paypal email address if the product is no longer available.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Refunds
You may return any unopened item(s) within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund. We will refund your payment card once we have received and processed the item(s) (please allow up to 10 working days). Delivery costs will only be refunded if the returned item is a result of our error.
Returns
Provided you keep the goods in 'as new' condition, you are entitled to withdraw from this contract without stating any cause within 7 days of delivery. You must communicate such withdrawal to us within that 7 day period.
If the goods are faulty or do not conform to description, you may contact mjtech computers within 28 days and will be entitled to a replacement or a full refund. Mjtech computers reserve the right to retain the costs of delivery where goods are returned for no cause, as set out above.
Exchanging Goods
You may exchange any unopened item(s), to do this you must advise us within 7 days of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: We reserve the right to charge a repackaging fee on goods that are returned without their original packaging, this fee will not exceed £5.00
Testing
We do test every returned product, if it is found not to be faulty it will be returned to you with a postage & insurance charge exceeding £5.00 We advise you to check the item(s) with an alternative compatible product before returning.
